If the pine nuts are in good condition and returned simply because they aren't what you thought they would be or you just don't like them, we will cannot issue refunds.If for any reason, your pine nuts are not fresh or for any reasondue to the quality offreshness, we will promptly issue a refund. With the exception of the defectivepine nut products,exchange and unopened package (within 10 days) return policies stated above, all sales are final.
Shipping Policy
We strive to ship promptly, if an item is not in stock, we post waiting lists. When the product is available, orders are processed. Charges for shipping, unless included are addedat a rate of $5.00 2lbs andunder, $10.003lb and over. Often times paypal over charges for shipping. We do our best to refund these overcharges promptly. Please contact us promptly if youare charged for shipping on anitem that included shipping
Insurance:
We are not responsible for items lost in themail.We do notissue delivery confirmation orother receipts such as tracking #s. All items are shipped USPS. If an item is lost in the mail, we will do our best tohelp you trace it. We are happy to insureand item or provide additional shipping optitions upon request. The price is the cost of the service, plus 10% service charge.
All items are shipped UPSP unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed via email or voice line.
